Job Description

This is an organizational leadership role to head the EU ESMA account management team, which contributes significantly to the overall business. Key responsibilities include: Business Management: Manage a large existing seller base through a team of Account Managers, enabling them to grow their Amazon business by adopting various modules and levers. Own end-to-end business planning and drive leadership alignment. Stakeholder Management: Engage regularly with stakeholders across various levels to co-own goals, track progress, resolve conflicts, and align on strategic decisions. People Management: Lead a sizable organization, with a team of direct reports, responsible for career advancement, performance management, team structure, and culture.
