Job Description

We seek a senior leader as Head of Ad Tech Sales Italy. This role will lead a sales team specialized on Amazon Advertising's Ad Tech solutions, including Amazon DSP and Amazon Marketing Cloud.Key job responsibilitiesThis is an exceptional opportunity to lead a high-growth, entrepreneurial organization, driving innovation and accelerating customer adoption of Amazon's Ad Tech solutions. The successful candidate will:• Drive revenue growth collaborating with Advertisers, Agencies, and Partners • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to accelerate adoption of AdTech solutions, focusing on enterprise and technology sales models• Develop a high-performing sales team, establishing input and output metrics and mechanisms to drive desired business outcomes• Serve as a thought leader within Amazon Ads, and build effective partnerships with key stakeholders• Influence Product roadmap development, go-to-market and services strategies, to meeting customers’ demands and drive scale

Skills Required

  • • 10+ years of sales experience in digital advertising or marketing / advertising technology, with demonstrated revenue growth achievementintermediate

  • • Advanced knowledge of Marketing and Advertising Technology solutions, including programmatic and measurement solutionsintermediate

  • • 10+ years of sales experience in digital advertising or marketing / advertising technology, with demonstrated revenue growth achievement (experience, 10 years)
  • • Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing sales teams and driving organizational performance (experience, 5 years)
  • • Proven track record of building and scaling successful enterprise sales organizations (experience)
  • • Advanced knowledge of Marketing and Advertising Technology solutions, including programmatic and measurement solutions (experience)
  • • Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership (experience)
  • • Expert ability to analyze market opportunities, assess risks, and make strategic decisions that drive business growth (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • • Proven success in Enterprise technology sales within the Mar Tech or Ad Tech space (experience)
  • • Track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies for technical products (experience)
