You will lead a business function and -He/she will work closely with global product owners of various seller facing solutions to drive adoption of those products-Will be responsible for designing and driving Go-To- Market strategies for products and managing a team of 50+ members-Person needs to be a seasoned and inspirational leader, who has experience in managing and influencing leaders, bringing new ideas to life and has good understanding of products along with business.We are the team in Amazon which has a charter to work with sellers from every country. This role will lead a new & growing function and the successful candidate will have to thrive in an ambiguous environment where they must develop, implement and iterate data, processes & mechanisms.
