The HR Associate Partner is a hands-on role providing comprehensive HR support at Amazon's Fulfilment Center. They will also be responsible for analyzing HR metrics to provide data-driven insights for decision making. This position requires strict adherence to confidentiality standards and service level agreements, while consistently driving process improvements and HR functional excellence.
