From collaborating with colleagues on new HR strategies to addressing complex queries, this is an exciting opportunity to help make Amazon a great place to work. This role is based in our corporate office in Luxembourg - LUX12.Key job responsibilities- Support employees and managers on HR matters on performance management, ER and other case management - Support the implementation of new policies that improve employee experience and the working environment - Take the lead on implementing and progressing HR process improvements - Collect and analyse data that can help drive new HR policies and plansA day in the lifeYou’ll be based in one of our corporate office locations in Luxembourg. You’ll work flexibly with colleagues in different areas of the business to work towards making Amazon Earth’s best employer, from carrying out performance management, manager coaching and case management. No two days are the same as an HR Partner. You’ll help create a positive atmosphere for your employees and managers and will assist in resolving complex queries.
