You begin by reviewing site readiness dashboards and addressing any critical operational blockers. Throughout the day, you'll lead virtual meetings with various stakeholders, including Operations teams for equipment and inventory validation, Training teams for staff readiness updates, and Technology teams for systems testing milestones. You'll analyze launch metrics to identify potential risks, make key decisions to resolve operational challenges, and coordinate cross-functional solutions. Time is spent conducting virtual or on-site readiness walks, ensuring launch documentation is complete, and developing standardized processes to improve future launches. When on-site for launches, you'll perform hands-on operational validation, support site leadership teams through Day 1 operations, and ensure all launch protocols are properly executed.
