The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $197,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Responsibilities

• We're seeking an experienced Hardware Program Manager to lead strategic wireless initiatives and enterprise accessories development. This role combines technical expertise with program management to drive innovation in our next-generation wifi solutions.
• Key Responsibilities:
• - Lead end-to-end wifi validation efforts, ensuring robust performance and quality standards for our wireless solutions
• - Drive the development and execution of enterprise accessories program
• - Spearhead proof-of-concept initiatives for new technologies and features
• - Manage and track critical IC vendors’ roadmaps to influence eero’s wifi technology roadmaps
• - Own and optimize program and non-program budget allocation and utilization
• - Lead technical initiatives, including the development of enhanced testing methodologies based on real-world data
• - Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and business teams
• - Travel 30% of time to Asia and US West Coast locations
