Job Description
FACILITATE ASSOCIATE TRAINING • Be involved in the training of each new hire• Observe and give feedback to Ambassadors• Be a subject matter expert in every role CRITICAL ROLES TRAINING • Identify critical roles needs in the SC• Subject matter expert able to train associates in any rolePERMISSIONS • Grant permissions for associates, logistics team, and Ops leaders at the SC• Manage permissions of Day 1 associates• Update share drive with permission guidelines: TRAINING RECORDS • Collect training rosters and submit updates to proper database• Train Ambassadors on proper training recording and labor trackingSUPPORT OPERATIONS • Attend stand-ups and deliver learning related messages• Work with Op’s to improve safety, quality, and service• Work in process• Attend Gemba, provide feedback for Learning Department MENTOR • Maintain a positive attitude both on and off the floor• Practice the Learning Principles• Find the answer• Put the associate first• Work alongside associates in their process path• Encourage growth within AmazonKey job responsibilities• Maintain a positive attitude both on and off the floor• Practice the Learning Principles• Find the answer• Put the associate first• Work alongside associates in their process path• Encourage growth within Amazon

The base pay for this position ranges from $38,480/year in our lowest geographic market up to $49,920/year in our highest geographic market.
