The Investigation Specialist will support Sellers, Associates, and Management while ensuring program standards for individual and team performance are met. An Investigation Representative at ROW IB is responsible for flow of information between different stakeholders and resolves the issues created by sellers accurately in a timely manner.Key job responsibilitiesAn Investigation Specialist provides timely resolution to the issue in hand by researching, querying internal tools and by taking real-time decisions. An ideal candidate should be able to understand the requirements/be able to analyze data and notice trends, and be able to drive seller experience without compromising on time. The candidate should have the basic understanding of inbounding and should be able to communicate clearly in English in the written and verbal form. A day in the lifeAn Investigation Specialist is responsible for conducting assigned investigations in a timely manner within an ambiguous environment using data analysis and other tools. This requires a high level of ownership throughout the investigation life cycle by facilitating flow of information, reporting progress and identifying blockers & providing resolutions. An Investigation Specialist will insist on high standards by effective deep dive to summarize findings and proposing solutions by identifying gaps and risks in current mechanisms.About the teamRest of World Inbound (ROW IB) team is a vertical of ROW APEX, India Operations. Our team objective is to provide the hassle free and smooth inbounding experience to all sellers and vendors across amazon fulfillment centres. The team is responsible to plan the freight delivery across fulfillment centres and perform rescue operations, and contingency management.
