• - Fluent in Cisco/networking and either Linux and/or Microsoft (experience)
• - Possess and maintain a current, valid Driver License (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• - Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science or equivalent (degree in it)
• - CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications (certification)
• - Data center infrastructure and facilities experience (experience)
• - Ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms (experience)
• - Ability to manage high priority projects (experience)
• - Excellent written and verbal communication skills (experience)
• - Proven ability to work successfully with limited supervision (experience)
• Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $46,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $103,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Responsibilities

• Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
• - Network engineering and troubleshooting, data cabling and systems administration in a variety of software and hardware environments.
• - Ensuring infrastructure networking and computing systems remain available during production hours.
• - Interacting with management and staff to provide analytical and technical assistance for continuous improvement of IT solutions.
• - Managing local technical projects.
• - Maintaining or creating policies, procedures, and processes.
• - Identifying root-causes of operational issues and process inefficiencies.
• - Moving up to 49lbs as well as standing and walking during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
• - Supporting customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers.
• - Traveling within your local or regional area to support our customers.
