Our IT Support Engineer in Amazon's Operations teams take care of the various IT systems at the heart of our operational sites. As an IT Support Engineer, you’ll work at a logistics site alongside colleagues, remote support teams and the business to offer a crucial IT support function. You'll support multiple buildings around the area. - Allocating and maintaining IT equipment, managing multiple customer requests simultaneously.- Troubleshooting of IT related equipment, such as PCs, wireless handheld devices, thin clients, printers and other end user devices. - Responsible for the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and repair process for devices under warranty. - Learning new technologies and participating in career development opportunities within the IT network.

- - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, days and nights. (experience)
- - Ability to lift 50 lbs /22 kgs, as well as to stand and walk for 10-12 hours at a time. (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- - CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications (certification)
