Job Description

The Infrastructure Standards team plays a crucial role in developing and maintaining deployment standards, best practices, and automation frameworks that are used by thousands of engineers worldwide. We blend technical expertise with real-world operational experience to build robust, repeatable, and secure deployment patterns that accelerate our business capabilities while maintaining operational excellence.As an Infrastructure Standards Engineer, you will:• Design and develop standardized deployment patterns and frameworks for global infrastructure implementations• Create and maintain technical documentation and guidance for deployment teams worldwide• Collaborate with multiple engineering teams to understand their deployment needs and challenges• Drive continuous improvement in deployment processes and methodologies• Provide technical consultation and support to deployment teams adopting new standards• Partner with security, compliance, and operations teams to ensure standards meet all requirements The ideal candidate will bring:Strong understanding of infrastructure-as-code principles and tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.) Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to influence and drive technical decisions across multiple teams Strong communication skills and ability to create clear technical documentation Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and modern deployment technologies You should be comfortable with ambiguity and excited about solving complex technical challenges at scale.
