Lead process work and review output for quality and adherence to standards and procedures- Assemble tooling and assist with equipment maintenance.- Lead daily team meeting facilitation, end-of-shift reporting, and coordinating efforts to minimize production interruptions.- Support new-hire training programs within your department and contribute to development and modification of training programs. You will work closely with multiple engineering teams on both early hardware development testing and setting the stage for later production hardware manufacturing processes.   • - Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a high-paced, challenging work environment (experience)
  • - Ability to prioritize work in a complex, fast-paced environment (experience)
  • - Proper use and understanding of DMM, torque wrenches, calipers, and other type of measuring devices. (experience)
  • - Experience installing instrumentation such as accelerometers, thermocouples etc. (experience)
  • - Understanding of 5S and lean principles. (experience)

  • - Willing to work all shifts, overtime and weekends as needed. Estimated shift time: Sun-Wed 5:00AM-3:30PM. Shift will vary, depending on program needs (experience)

The base pay for this position ranges from $63,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $104,600/year in our highest geographic market.
