The Learning Supervisor will lead the technical training strategy across Brazil transportation sites, driving operational excellence and business impact. This role owns the end-to-end training strategy: from planning and execution to metrics control, supporting both new site launches and existing operations. The supervisor will build trust with operational leadership to deliver scalable learning solutions. Responsibilities include leading ramp-up performance training for new roles, delivering continuous learning content and deploying retraining programs to improve productivity, quality and safety.
