Maintain and optimize translation assets including TMs, term bases and style guides, while tracking quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.- Tools & Process improvement: Leverage and optimize Machine Translation and LLM solutions within the localization workflow. Support MT engine training and fine-tuning while effectively utilizing CAT tools and translation management systems. Assist in evaluating and implementing new localization technologies and workflows to improve operational efficiency.- Documentation & Standards: Create and maintain comprehensive localization process documentation. Support the evangelization and implementation of content and code internationalization best practices with stakeholders- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with vendors and internal teams including content creators, marketing, engineering, product, design and programming to ensure smooth project execution and workflow improvement.A day in the lifeThis Localization PM will need to be adept at both managing projects and improving mechanisms, connecting global stakeholders on very specific messaging needs, while also using their technical capabilities to remove the roadblocks to delivery of hundreds of thousands of units of content in up to 30 language variants.
