This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our ML data operations and help us build world-class AI/ML solutions. Key job responsibilities1. Data Operations Management:a. Lead ML data workflows and ground truth generation processesb. Oversee annotation tasks and data collection proceduresc. Act as point of contact for ML data process areasd. Manage time-sensitive tasks with limited documentation2. Team Leadership and Development:a. Manage and mentor a team of ML data professionalsb. Conduct performance evaluations and support career growthc. Facilitate hiring and onboarding of new team membersd. Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment3. Process Optimization:a. Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunitiesb. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance tools and workflowsc. Conduct periodic audits of existing processes and SOPsd. Drive standardization across ML data workflows4. Quality Assurance:a. Ensure adherence to quality standards in data collection and annotationb. Perform root cause analysis on quality issuesc. Implement proactive measures to reduce errors5. Project Management:a. Own small to medium-scale project deliverablesb. Estimate task completion timelines considering ML data complexitiesc. Manage team workload and prioritize tasks effectively6. Stakeholder Management:a. Communicate with internal stakeholders and partner teamsb. Provide insights and recommendations to improve ML data qualityc.
