Partner with data engineering and SDEs to build best in class data architecture and pipelines to support analytics needs. Translate ambiguous business problem statements into actionable analytical solutions. Manage largescale data requests and projects to define requirements, manage timelines, and coordinate activities with other involved team members. Partner with scientists to translate business insights and trends into experimentation and testing, and modeling. Support our Program/Product Managers and their cross-functional project and tech teams on the day-to-day execution of data projects and initiatives. Lead and grow the data engineering and Analytics function. Define and help prioritize business requirements to improve our understanding of Customer behavior and engagement.Position Requirements:Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to a Master's degree and one year of experience.
