Hire and develop data science talent. Generate new denormalized and aggregate data sets for use by hundreds of users across the company. Measure and report the quality and usage of retail consumer facing products. Measure and report the quality and usage of LLM-based products.Position Requirements:Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and two years of experience. Must have two years of experience in the following skill(s): (1) Programming in Java, C++, C#, C, Python, or equivalent programming language; (2) translating business reporting requirements into technical requirements for the implementation of denormalized and aggregate data sets and self-service Dashboards; (3) leading teams of data scientists.
