Oversee complex projects with high levels of ambiguity and scale, defining and refining the design space for advanced robotics and automation challenges. Provide strategic direction and hands-on oversight of solution architecture and data infrastructure for automation initiatives, ensuring alignment with project milestones and business objectives. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define scope, integrate solutions that enhance operational efficiency, and ensure accountability. Drive system integration and evaluation strategies to support successful implementation, mitigate technical risks, and ensure comprehensive verification and validation. Implement and refine team processes to enhance collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. Establish structured workflows, including planning cadences, documentation reviews, and feedback mechanisms, to maintain execution efficiency and deliverable transparency.Position Requirements:Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering or a related quantitative field and four years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
