This role will work closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, and other key stakeholders to drive manufacturing excellence and meet production targets. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a successful track record in managing complex aerospace/satellite programs, implementing process improvements, driving cost reduction initiatives, and resolving operational challenges in a high-volume production environment. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring material availability and maintaining production readiness while simultaneously driving efficiency improvements and cost reduction initiatives to meet critical business targets. Through strategic coordination with cross-functional teams, they will manage the implementation of process changes and develop transition planning strategies that maintain production continuity. The role demands strong leadership in resolving operational challenges by fostering collaboration between production, supply chain, and operations teams. The base pay for this position ranges from $146,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $242,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
