The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Responsibilities

• - Lead a team of six direct reports who manage technology implementation projects across the network
• - Oversee the installation, integration, and commissioning of advanced automation technologies including IBIS and AutoStore
• - Develop and implement training, spares and support programs for RME personnel to ensure successful operation and maintenance of new technologies
• - Create comprehensive documentation for operational procedures, maintenance protocols, and troubleshooting guides
• - Optimize asset operation to maximize throughput and efficiency
• - Manage project handoffs to the Field Support Team once implementation is complete
• - Follow the 3P labor model for full installations
• - Define and track success metrics for technology launches, including on-time delivery and successful RME handoffs
