This role is a hands-on Program Manager, as well as managing a team of Program and Risk Managers. The team enforces Amazon’s selling and listing policies regardless of whether they are acting alone, or in collusion with other entities. The team also creates a trustworthy selling experience to ensure that Selling Partners perceive Amazon as the safest and most effective store in which to sell their products worldwide. Finally, the team partners with all SPS teams to audit and ensure accuracy in our enforcement actions.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $189,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
