The base pay for this position ranges from $119,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $198,300/year in our highest geographic market. Responsibilities

• Our team is seeking a Senior Risk Manager to join our Inventory Management team, focusing on streamlining inventory management program as they navigate compliance requirements.
• In this role you will have the opportunity to manage and iterate an approach to identify, assess, and manage remediation for a wide set of risks on our expanding projects. The candidate must be comfortable balancing strategic thinking with tactical, detailed execution while working independently, sorting through ambiguously defined problems, identifying and facing big challenges, and adjusting to sudden and frequent change.
• - This will require collaboration across various teams to clearly define inventory management and removal requirements and dependencies
• - Implement WW Governance, Inspection and Standardization on inventory management and removal
• - Identify existing opportunities in the compliance inventory management lifecycle with the expectation to develop solutions to resolve gaps
• - Develop metrics & present progress in WBRs and MBRs
• - Develop short, medium, and long-term strategies to scale the program
• The ideal candidate should possess excellent business, communication, and writing skills. They should also be proficient in influencing senior stakeholders through data-driven and actionable insights, and be capable of working independently in an ambiguous environment.
