We are doing so by building a world class last mile operation capable of exceeding the expectations of our customers by ensuring that their orders are delivered as quickly, accurately, and cost effectively as possible.Our Community-Based Delivery Initiatives allows local small businesses to partner with Amazon to provide flexible and cost-effective delivery service to delight customers globally. Key job responsibilitiesThis individual will own Marketing strategy online and offline in close collaboration with global Marketing teams. Additionally work with local stakeholders to understand the unique needs of the region and translating them into regional campaigns. Daily the individual will be checking on partner acquisition trends, marketing campaign performance, incoming leads, and how the partner experience KPIs are trending. We also anticipate this role to work closely with the Field OTR team who are the execution team of the partner acquisition, partner acquisitions and account management and build action tracker for monitoring progress. The work environment is diverse and may require working with people from different background and language skills, of both French and English languages. Successful candidate not only is able to manipulate these two languages well, but approach this work through truly diverse mindset and is capable of overcoming language/cultural challenges through a strong personal skills. Skills Required

  • - 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experienceintermediate
  • - Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvementsintermediate
  • - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)intermediate
  • - Experience in using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze large sets of dataintermediate
  • - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completionintermediate

Required Qualifications

  • - 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience (experience, 6 years)
  • - Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements (experience)
  • - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) (experience)
  • - Experience in using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze large sets of data (experience)
  • - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • - Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs (experience)
  • - Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation (experience)

Responsibilities

  • This individual will own Marketing strategy online and offline in close collaboration with global Marketing teams. Additionally work with local stakeholders to understand the unique needs of the region and translating them into regional campaigns.
