Job Description

At Amazon, we are seeking an experienced Medical Quality Manager to lead clinical operations and ensure medical accuracy for our symptom assessment platform. You will manage a team of junior doctors, ensuring high-quality training data and maintaining clinical standards as we scale our product offerings to customers. This position will requires a MBBS degree (i.e. a qualified medical doctor).Key job responsibilities• Lead quality control processes for medical annotation teams to maintain >95% accuracy rates• Manage and develop a team of junior doctors in medical data annotation at scale• Establish clinical validation protocols and review complex medical cases• Conduct systematic review of AI model outputs against medical guidelines• Design efficient annotation workflows that are HIPPA compliant• Implement quality metrics and performance tracking systems• Coordinate with product and engineering teams on medical workflow optimization• Lead medical review processes for complex diagnostic scenarios
