You will come with a strong people and process management experience with proven success in hiring and developing a strong talent. You will be responsible for managing team performance, expectations and goals, maintaining singular focus on ensuring and improving customer satisfaction by proactively identifying broader customer impacting issues and implementing solutions to drive quality and productivity, while achieving real time desired service levels along with your stellar team.About the teamThe Internal Movement Hub facilitates employee transfers globally for all levels (entry-level to senior leadership), supporting approximately 200,000 internal moves annually. Our team handles two main types of movements: employee-initiated transfers through job applications and business-initiated moves such as promotions and location changes.Our primary customers are transferring employees, hiring managers, and HR partners worldwide. We deliver value by enabling internal mobility when automation isn't possible, providing manual support for complex scenarios requiring human judgment, and managing critical processes during system outages.
