Key responsibilities include researching and benchmarking Amazon technology against competing systems, contributing intellectual property through patents, and mentoring others on advanced technical issues. Assist in career development, guiding team members' growth and help managers navigate their team's career trajectory.Position Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field and six years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept eight years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Bachelor’s degree and six years of experience.
