Combine deep technical expertise in network engineering, routing protocols, and hardware platforms with strategic thinking and leadership capabilities. Create High Level Design (HLD) documents, influence technology roadmaps, and serve as a technical escalation point for operations teams. Design and operate large-scale networks, comprehensive knowledge of Internet routing hierarchy. Push platforms to their limits while understanding hardware and software limitations. Key responsibilities include proactive problem-solving, contributing to team roadmaps, and collaborating with various stakeholders to implement innovative solutions. Design solutions that operate at Amazon's massive scale while maintaining reliability and preparing for future growth.Position Requirements:Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and seven years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and three years of experience.
