Deep diving and analyzing operational data to arrive root causes for losses - invent or replicate solutions to those root causes, track impact. Improve operational processes by Standardization of metrics, processes, SOPs across RoW markets related to network losses. Driving product implementation in operations and/or operational process solutions to eliminate losses.
