This position will support UTR programs by designing learning solutions to ensure quality of processes, drive standards adoption and offer a great learning experience.As Learning Content Designer, you will be responsible for content creation that will support UTR Operations in multiple learning approaches, such as e-learning, video and instructor-led training. You will also interact with business areas in order to identify learning needs and content creation opportunities.Candidate must be flexible to work weekends and/or overnight, as needed.Key job responsibilities- Design and develop learning solutions in multiple approaches to UTR stakeholders;- Use Learning Management System (LMS) to implement learning modules and measure learning KPIs; - Learning Design Systems (LDS) platforms that helps create effective learning experiences - Instructional design principles, learning theories, and technology tools;- Support instructor lead training with training content;- Design learning communication pieces (reports, invites and announcements).A day in the lifeThroughout the day, you will collaborate closely with the Learning & Development team to ensure seamless integration of your content into our learning management system.
