GSRC believes that innovation thrives on diversity, fostering an inclusive and equitable culture that empowers employees with opportunities for learning and development.Key job responsibilitiesYour job responsibilities as a GSRC Ops Manager may include:-Lead dynamic operations teams of at least 60 people, guiding managers and specialists to execute product compliance programs that ensure customer safety across Amazon's global marketplace-Drive operations goals by defining clear metrics and supporting your managers in achieving targets while maintaining high-quality standards-Work directly with various Amazon teams to formulate strategy and develop best-in-class processes that can scale with our business-Partner with internal technology teams to identify automation opportunities and implement scalable solutions-Be the key point of contact for Product Compliance Program partners, working across teams to drive best practices and process improvements-Own complex escalations and guide your team in developing effective solutions that protect our customersIn addition to the core responsibilities listed above, you will be expected to take on a larger organizational role. This can include tasks such as:-Drive KPI-focused initiatives and standardization across multiple programs-Implement improvement mechanisms with cross-functional teams (QA, PM, Tech Support)-Oversee people management processes and development programs within your function-Partner with recruiting teams to meet staffing goals and enhance talent acquisition-Coordinate cross-functional integrations including resource utilization and reporting frameworks
