We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize our inbound operations. The role involves managing a large team, driving operational excellence, and ensuring efficient receiving and stowing of inventory while maintaining safety and quality standards.Key job responsibilities - Lead, develop, and manage a team of 100+ associates and multiple Area Managers - Drive performance management, coaching, and career development initiatives- Implement effective staffing strategies and workforce planning- Foster a positive work culture and maintain high team engagementA day in the life- Own end-to-end inbound operations including receiving, stowing, and inventory control- Achieve productivity targets while maintaining quality and safety standards- Develop and implement process improvements to optimize operational efficiency- Manage critical metrics including dock-to-stock time, inventory accuracy, and productivity- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth material flow
