Our network of Delivery Service Providers and their Delivery Associates is growing rapidly, and to support this growth we are seeking a Partner Experience Manager to join the APAC DSP Partner Experience Team.In this high-impact program management role, you will collaborate with different stakeholder teams to build and launch new initiatives and products in order to improve partner experience throughout the different stages of the partner lifecycle. You will be required to dive deep to uncover root causes of partner pain points, find long-term solutions to address them and develop strategies to manage and analyze interactions. We’re seeking someone who enjoys ambiguity and designing two-way door experiments, and who has demonstrated the ability to analyze and solve complex problems and mange competing priorities simultaneously. The ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented and well organized, and is able to make effective high judgment calls.   • - MBA or a Master’s degree in a related field. (degree in a master)
