This role requires extreme level of detailed management, ability to create visuals and communications to upward leadership, scoping and creating project plans, improving processes, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to management and stakeholders on status, risks, and changes. Internal stakeholder communication is critical to ensure all members are aligned on expectations and strategic ownership of deliverables. This role will require exceptional written and verbal communication skills, high judgment when clear guidelines may not exist, and the ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment with all levels of leadership.

- Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
