Amazon is looking for a Principal HRBP to support the Fulfillment Technology & Robotics organization. This is a unique opportunity to work in lockstep with teams who design, build, and deploy the latest robotics and packaging systems across Amazon's operations network.The Principal HRBP in this role will coach business clients, design and deliver talent solutions to business problems, and advise executive leaders on business and organizational design strategies.To be successful in this role, you must understand business priorities and translate them into the highest impact work. You’ll help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development. You will drive strategic initiatives related to organizational design and effectiveness, culture, inclusion, and other opportunities that you uncover. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $139,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $230,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
