We are seeking a Principal Product Technical Manager to shape how thousands of builders create engaging shopper-facing CX. You will establish partnerships with leaders across organizations to understand their headwinds and requirements while identifying opportunities to leverage our central products to accelerate our partners. You will navigate complex tradeoffs to progress to our north-star vision while delivering value to customers along the way. You will provide leadership on complex product issues, and be responsible for high-judgement decisions day to day. A successful candidate is expected to be a strategic leader with strong product acumen that has a strong technical foundation. They will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, being able to represent technical problems simply to leadership and stakeholders. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market.
