Job Description

We are seeking a Principal Product Technical Manager to shape how thousands of builders create engaging shopper-facing CX. You will establish partnerships with leaders across organizations to understand their headwinds and requirements while identifying opportunities to leverage our central products to accelerate our partners. You will navigate complex tradeoffs to progress to our north-star vision while delivering value to customers along the way. You will provide leadership on complex product issues, and be responsible for high-judgement decisions day to day. A successful candidate is expected to be a strategic leader with strong product acumen that has a strong technical foundation. They will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, being able to represent technical problems simply to leadership and stakeholders. With strong product instincts, technical expertise, and sound judgement, you’ll be able to make meaningful, worldwide impact.Key job responsibilities- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and requirements across our product suite. - Establish a voice of a customer mechanism to foster a customer obsessed and collaborative culture and drive adoption of our products.- Create a shared vision across the organization by engaging with stakeholders and insuring the roadmap meets customer and business needs.- Mentor PM-Ts across the organization to help them grow while creating a unified product strategy.- Partner closely with engineering leaders to make the product vision a reality.

  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
