Job Description

We're looking for a Principal Product Manager - Technical (PM-T) who will drive our efforts to surface high-quality new selection to our customers. This role will lead product for the signals and CXs across the website that will surface cross-category new selection, educate customers on them, and help drive purchases in this strategic selection group.To succeed in this role, you need to be a self-starter who enjoys bringing clarity, simplicity, and direction to highly ambiguous challenges. You enjoy building partnerships and alignment with peers and senior leaders across VP orgs. You dive deeply into data and openly welcome debate to form high-judgement views. You know when to go slow because you need to learn more and build trust, and when to move fast to bring decisions to a close. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
