• Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Responsibilities

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• • Drive future service delivery and product strategies, working closely with AI scientists, engineering, design, and operational teams
• • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conception through launch and post-launch optimization
• • Develop and maintain service/ product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer needs
• • Lead cross-functional teams through periods of transformation and change
• • Navigate complex organizational dynamics
• • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of future services and products
• • Identify and assess opportunities for service & product innovation and improvement
• • Manage dependencies across teams and drive execution of complex technical initiatives
