We're seeking an impactful Senior IT leader to join our team and play a significant role in driving strategic service, products, programs and technology initiatives; shaping the future of and delighting how Amazonians receive IT Support.Key job responsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Drive future service delivery and product strategies, working closely with AI scientists, engineering, design, and operational teams • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conception through launch and post-launch optimization • Develop and maintain service/ product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer needs • Lead cross-functional teams through periods of transformation and change • Navigate complex organizational dynamics • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of future services and products • Identify and assess opportunities for service & product innovation and improvement • Manage dependencies across teams and drive execution of complex technical initiatives • Champion the adoption of emerging technologies, particularly in AI and machine learning

The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market.
