• Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Responsibilities

• - Define and execute the 3-5 year strategic vision for Amazon's compatibility data generation, quality, and distribution strategy
• - Lead development of next-generation data processing systems to revolutionize how compatibility information is managed and served
• - Drive integration with key Amazon shopping and personalization systems
• - Own relationships with critical internal partners across retail, catalog, and engineering teams
• - Mentor and provide technical leadership to Product Managers
• - Establish data quality standards and drive continuous improvement through automated feedback loops
• - Lead cross-functional initiatives involving multiple engineering teams across Amazon
