Must have one year of experience in the following skills: (1) knowledge of SQL and applying understanding of basic statistical techniques, including distributions, expectations, hypothesis testing, and A/B Testing; (2) translating technical analysis and metrics into actionable insights; (3) facilitating discussions with senior leadership on technical and architectural trade-offs, best practices, and risk mitigation; (4) leading the design, development, and deployment of business software at scale or demonstrating hands-on experience with technology infrastructure, network, compute, storage, and virtualization; (5) proficiency in software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile/iterative methodologies; (6) integrating AWS cloud services with on-premise technologies from major vendors such as Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, HP, or SAP; and (7) understanding IT compliance and risk management requirements including security, privacy, SOX, and HIPAA.
