The Digital Acceleration team owns the e-commerce foundation for digital content, subscriptions and bundles on Amazon. Financial Record Keeping org within Digital Acceleration will own tier one services which manage Financial Record Keeping for all Digital Businesses. This team is chartered to build next generation financial product that standardizes record keeping across digital businesses. In 2025, this team owns multiple s-team and VP+ goalsWe are looking for an exceptional Principal Tech Program Manager, who has the passion for working on challenging problems. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, know how to deliver, are technical and innovative, and looking for an opportunity to build systems and solutions at scale, we want to talk to you.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and solid program management skills to build, manage and develop a highly-complex technical programs spanning across multiple VP organizations. Strong judgment and communication skills, long term technical vision, and continuous focus on engineering and operational excellence are essential for the success in this role.Key job responsibilities1. Product Vision: Define and align the product vision with business goals, leveraging industry knowledge to ensure the product stays current.2. Strategy, Roadmap, and Requirements: Develop the product roadmap, prioritize releases, translate customer needs into requirements, and deliver in a consistent cadence.3. Execution: Ensure consistent execution of the product lifecycle from concept to launch, advocating for your area of focus.4. Adoption: Plan and coordinate product launches across teams, delivering necessary materials and communications.5. Project Management: Define plans to achieve the product vision and business results. Coordinate activities into releases, working closely with engineering in an agile environment. Manage schedules, risks, and trade-offs.6.
