Your work will directly impact how products are handled in our distribution centers, how selection is managed across marketplaces, and how we maintain customer trust through intelligent classification.Key job responsibilities* Partner with Project Sponsors and development teams to deliver complex cross-functional projects* Create and execute detailed roadmaps, defining user stories and researching technical solutions* Provide clear communication to management and stakeholders on project status and plans * Guide software development teams on architecture, design, and priorities* Build relationships across Amazon to leverage existing technologies and promote team initiatives* Manage risk assessment, escalations, and trade-offs between business needs and constraints* Maintain effective project documentation and stakeholder communications

  • - Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence partners to achieve business objectives (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • - 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience (experience, 8 years)
  • - Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules (experience)
  • - Demonstrated success working with distributed teams across multiple time zones and geographical locations (experience)
  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $159,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $275,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
