Job Description

The Vendor Manager – Workforce Staffing will be responsible for managing the end-to-end relationship with third-party staffing vendors, ensuring reliable delivery of contingent and outsourced workforce needs. This role requires strong vendor management, compliance oversight, and operational excellence to secure the right talent at the right time while maintaining cost efficiency and adherence to company standards.As part of our commitment to complying with national labor laws and applicable legislations in Saudi Arabia, this position is open to candidates who fulfill the specific nationality criteria stipulated by local regulations.Key job responsibilitiesVendor Relationship ManagementDevelop and manage strategic partnerships with workforce staffing vendors.Act as the vendor relationship owner for staffing vendors, ensuring alignment with business requirements and service-level agreements (SLAs).Conduct regular business reviews with vendors to evaluate performance, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.Operational ManagementOversee the staffing plans with Workforce Ops team and fulfillment process with vendors, ensuring timely supply of workforce resources.Collaborate with internal stakeholders (WFS, PxT, Operations, Procurement, Compliance) to ensure vendors meet agreed KPIs related to quality of hire, fill rates, cost efficiency, Amazon SCS compliance, and attrition goals.Governance & ComplianceEnsure all vendors comply with local labor laws, ethical recruitment standards, and company policies.Monitor vendor adherence to contracts, service standards, and health & safety requirements.Drive initiatives on ethical recruitment, fair treatment of workers, and compliance with international best practices (e.g., no recruitment fees, fair wages).Performance & Data AnalyticsTrack, analyze, and report vendor performance metrics to leadership.Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization across the vendor ecosystem.Use data-driven insights to improve hiring efficiency and vendor performance.

Responsibilities

  • Vendor Relationship Management
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with workforce staffing vendors.
  • Act as the vendor relationship owner for staffing vendors, ensuring alignment with business requirements and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Conduct regular business reviews with vendors to evaluate performance, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Operational Management
