Quality Engineering team is a multi-disciplinary technical organization that is responsible for Quality Engineering and Quality Systems Management across our Global Enterprise.We are seeking a talented and motivated Quality Engineer with a passion to support an advanced manufacturing line and driving quality improvements. This role will report to Product Quality Engineering within the Robotics Manufacturing and Technical Operations organization.Key job responsibilities- Actively support and foster a culture of inclusion- Production Floor Support- Develop standard failure diagnostic decision trees and train peer departments on supporting processes.- Identify quality trends, escalate, and lead investigations- Provide regular updates on quality investigations to stakeholders- Communicate internal production defects and trends to suppliers- Support Field Quality requests for production data- Non-conforming Material Processes- Technical review and disposition of non-conforming material- Ensure timely non-conforming material processing- Act as a back-up for incoming inspection as needed to protect production line from discrepant material- Data Collection/Presentation and Continuous Improvement Projects- Present weekly quality data to peer teams- Perform data collection and visualization- Travel estimated at 20%About the teamThe mission of the APQE team is to drive product excellence through innovative quality engineering solutions, leveraging proactive systems and data-driven approaches to ensure zero-defect manufacturing, seamless design integration, and superior customer satisfaction.

  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $105,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
