Amazon Mexico is seeking an innovative, customer-centric, and results-driven individual to join our payments team as a Program Manager. This candidate will be responsible for running one of our leading affordability programs which drives a substantial part of our overall business, and will have direct interaction with Senior Level executives internally and with external partners. This role will have a mix of strategy, stakeholder management as well as getting into the operational and reporting detail for the business. To be successful in this position, the individual must be able to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced, highly demanding, and often ambiguous environment, while maintaining laser focused attention to detail. The preferred candidate will have experiences scaling projects/programs with multiple internal & external stakeholders from inception to launch with demonstrated data-driven decision making. Advanced analytical abilities including SQL would be highly preferred.The ideal candidate will be a strong program manager who can bridge business requirements with technical execution while maintaining a relentless focus on customer experience. Success in this role requires demonstrated analytical capabilities and the ability to influence tech teams, business teams, and stakeholders. This role will implement key features, collaborating closely with tech teams and cross-functional stakeholders. The position is based in Mexico City.

  • - Ownership & tenacity: Strong bias for action and ability to define requirements and execute despite resource constraints. Strong proficiency in business intelligence platforms, SQL, and data visualization tools is essential, along with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, and business recommendation (experience)
