• Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Responsibilities

• - Drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders, including Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, and Finance teams
• - Leverage data to identify and develop business cases, drive decision making, and conduct deep dive analyses that are quantified with metrics
• - Define and track metrics and mechanisms to ensure success of the business at scale
• - Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment to solve problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks
• - Present program progress, risks, and recommendations to leadership through regular business reviews
