You'll manage complex initiatives from ideation to execution, partnering with various teams and stakeholders. The role requires strong project management skills, data analytics expertise, and the ability to maintain governance frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing projects and driving data-driven solutions in a complex organizational environment.Key job responsibilities- Lead cross-functional projects from ideation to execution, managing timelines and dependencies across teams- Design and implement process automation initiatives, partnering with Tech teams and external vendors- Develop data infrastructure and reporting frameworks to enable deep customer analysis and insights generation- Own and maintain governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies across various Payment Products
