Job Description

GCOI (Grocery Catalog Ops and Intel) is looking for a strong Program manager with an understanding of Catalog management. If you are a self-starter, someone who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, with a passion for developing scalable long-term solutions, then you are the right candidate for our team. In this role, the candidate would work closely with catalog operations, product/program, and tech teams across the Amazon's Grocery businesses. You will own programs that require strategic direction, diving deep with customer data, and cross-team communication to deliver results for our customers. The position is based in Hyderabad, but will interact daily with leaders in the US and Hyderabad.We seek a quick-learner who can quickly familiarize themselves with a fast-paced environment, build relationships with cross-functional teams, and assume ownership for a broad array of domains. Flexibility, and an ability to prioritize will be key. Our team culture is goal-oriented, collaborative and driven to achieve results.Key job responsibilities- Defining goals inline with the business vision, and building roadmaps to achieve the same.- Identifying business impact of trends and making data backed decisions.- Communicating with stakeholders and leadership through narrative documents- Extracting data from databases and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis- Escalating problems or variances in the information and data to the relevant owners and following through on resolutions.- Drive process improvements to improve efficiencies.

  • - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience (experience, 3 years)
  • - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization (experience)
  • - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules (experience)
