• Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The Colorado base pay for this position ranges from $74,200/year up to $129,800/year. The National base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Responsibilities

• • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for new initiatives
• • Make trade-off decisions balancing time, quality, and resources to optimize project and program outcomes
• • Lead the end-to-end implementation of new and existing clinical screening programs and care pathways for at-risk populations
• • Partner with Business Analysts to define success metrics and measurement frameworks for new programs
• • Collaborate with Operational Excellence Managers to ensure programs are designed with operational efficiency in mind
• • Manage program launches across multiple markets, ensuring alignment with Amazon's strategic goals
• • Collaboratively create and deliver compelling business cases to gain stakeholder buy-in
• • Partner to establish frameworks to measure new program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
• • Navigate complex stakeholder relationships to drive alignment on new initiatives
