Data Center Procurement Governance (DCPG) is the team that manages procurement policies development, process optimization, analytics, and systems and tools management. DCPG works closely with procurement category managers in DCSP who support strategic sourcing activities and supplier development.We are seeking a customer-obsessed and inquisitive Program Management intern based in Singapore to work with internal and external stakeholders to support program delivery and optimise day-to-day operations, crucial for building impactful solutions that raise the bar for our organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into the Data Center industry, working with Global AWS infrastructure teams and vendors. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should be highly organized and have a demonstrated track record of successful project management/ownership, juggling multiple projects with competing deadlines, and using data to identify and prioritize opportunities. He/she is analytical, enthusiastic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and has strong writing skills with experience working with cross-functional teams. Required Qualifications

  • • Penultimate year student working towards a bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Admin/Analytics, Procurement/ Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Computing, or related field) (degree in business admin)
  • • Have a keen interest in program management and data analytics (experience)
  • • Able to commit to a full-time internship for 6 months period (experience)
  • • Applicants must have valid work authorization in Singapore (experience)
  • • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Pivots, Macros etc (experience)
  • • Good written and verbal communication skills in English (experience)
  • • Self-motivated to work proactively on tasks, attention to detail, ability to do in-depth data mining, methodical approach to work while also seeking to understand the big picture (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • • Experience in developing requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting (experience)
  • • Familiar with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Quicksight), scripting languages (e.g. Python, SQL) and AI/ML technologies (e.g. LLMs, Bedrock, SageMaker, AWS services) preferred (experience)
  • • Define and develop business critical metrics and reports across all business levels and key performance indicators (experience)
  • • Ability to work successfully in a fast-moving environment, to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload even when faced with conflicting priorities. (experience)
  • • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and insights and present written business recommendations to the leadership in a clear and compelling way (experience)
  • • Results driven with the ability to innovate and simplify current process and practices. (experience)
